A eighteen-member Advisory Board composed of professional design practitioners provides input and support for the interior design program. This board is a diverse group of experienced designers and industry partners currently practicing in urban areas in Virginia, Maryland, Michigan, West Virginia, New York, North Carolina, and Washington, DC. Advisory Board members serve as mentors for students throughout the year, and participate regularly in project critiques for individual classes as well as in judging for design competitions and in assessing student work for Portfolio Review.
